2025 NISOA/WCISOA Registration FAQ’s
When does the late fee begin?
- The late fee is for any member that registers after March 31st.
Why is a $25/member late fee being added to 2025 Registration?
- This late fee was part of the NISOA/WCISOA registration process pre-COVID but was temporarily suspended during the pandemic to better accommodate the uncertainty of season, finances, etc. that members and chapters were experiencing. Now that the effects of the pandemic have minimized the Board has reinstated the late fee to return to normal operations of the organization.
Who does the late fee apply to?
- All membership types (Referees, Assessors, Assignors, National Referees) that register after March 31st. However, this late fee does not apply to new members.
Why does it matter when we register?
- Registration in Q1 of the calendar year allows NISOA/WCISOA to engage with our partners in soccer maximizing benefits to our entire membership (ie: NCAA testing, badges, clinics, future partnerships, etc)
What happens to the $25 late fee that is being collected?
- NISOA is donating any collected late fees to the NISOA Foundation Fund for use towards Educational Initiatives.
- WCISOA will retain the $5 late fee to restore the normal operations of our organization & provide educational opportunities for our members.
