We did not have a quorum at our in-person AGM in April so we will be holding a virtual AGM on Monday, June 26th at 7 PM PST.

Elections & voting on proposed by-law changes will be done electronically. Current WCISOA members will receive a unique, personal link to the electronic voting site once the AGM begins. Voting will be open until Friday, June 30th at 5 PM PST. Ron Leedy (ron@wcisoa.org) will send additional information about the elections. 2022 and 2023 Men’s and Women’s Soccer Rules Changes
The following rules changes were approved by the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Soccer Rules Committee and the Playing Rules Oversight Panel. All rules changes are effective with the 2022 season unless noted otherwise.
Pre-Game Protocols
For all games, communicate at least 48 hours prior to the game with all crew members. Continue reading for specific pre-game protocols for NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II and III/NAIA, and Community College/JC.
Rules for Community Colleges
CCCAA playing rules for soccer regular conference games. These rules apply to all Junior College matches. (Do Not Use NCAA Playing Rules.)
4.2.9 SOCCER A. All conference competition contests shall be played under current Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) Laws with select modifications.
Game Request Policy
Requests to officiate open games must be emailed to assigning@wcisoa.org. We do not take game requests through the WCISOA Assigning system. Open game requests can be made no more than 10 days out from the date of the assignment being requested. This 10 day window will be waived for any Golden Valley Conference matches.
