GAME REQUEST POLICY

Policy on officials requesting games

We do not, currently, have a way to display open games in RefQuest+. We are working with them to implement this feature.  When it's available, we'll provide information on  how to view and request open games.

Requests to officiate open games must be emailed to assigning@wcisoa.org.

Open game requests can be made no more than 10 days out from the date of the assignment being requested. This 10 day window will be waived for any Golden Valley Conference matches due to the amount of travel required for those matches.

Any request that is more than 10 days out, except for Golden Valley Conference, will be disregarded.

Please note that requests are not a guarantee of assignment and will be reviewed by the assigning team.
